This is probably the 20th reboot of the site in almost 30 years. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to Unspecific.com<\/em><\/strong>\"MadHat<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is my personal site, where I share my art, code, ideas, and more. We\u2019ll see if this turns into more than just a handful of \u201cblog\u201d entries. I have plenty to say\u2014stories to tell and advice no one asked for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been working in Internet Technology since 1995. I was one of the early employees at an ISP, helping grow it from a small local provider to a nationwide network with POPs in most major cities. I wore many hats\u2014Webmaster, MIS Manager, and all-around stressed-out tech. In 1998, I joined broadcast.com, and within a year, we were acquired by Yahoo! That\u2019s when I found myself thrown into the world of Information Security\u2014and the rest is history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
